Default engine rebuild

help needed quick .i was driving my sti v4 today normally allways let it warm up before driving.overtook a car and heard a noise from my engine so coaxed it home to check it out.car tickover fine and sounds as it should but when you rev it a little theres a clattery noise coming fom the centre of the engine,i suspect bottom end bearings but not to sure ,anyway think its time for an uprated rebuild, does anyone know of anywer in ireland that is reliable and could do the rebuild for me

Obviously depends where you are in Ireland, but I'd recommend talking to Jonathan at Performance Subaru.

Honest, and knows what he's doing.

It seems i have started a mini subaru disaster, my bottom end gave up the ghost about a month ago. Since then 4 other cars including yours have had their bottom end go.

Mine, an STi3 went in Feb this year at about 87K, now reincarnated as an EJ257. No regrets
