Would like to use Castoral, but what grade should i use.

15-50 or 10-50. I have started to use 15-50 motul 300v competition oil, keeps excellent pressure at idle.

Surely this would depend on what car you have, what mods have been done and what use it gets???

is 5w 30 ok?? on standard internals uk 2000

For a standard uk car, Subaru reccomends 10w40. Everyone uses something different - for example I use silkolene 15w50. There are a million of these oil threads if you have a search....
