Would like to use Castoral, but what grade should i use.

15-50 or 10-50. I have started to use 15-50 motul 300v competition oil, keeps excellent pressure at idle.

Surely this would depend on what car you have, what mods have been done and what use it gets??? :brickwall

is 5w 30 ok?? on standard internals uk 2000

For a standard uk car, Subaru reccomends 10w40. Everyone uses something different - for example I use silkolene 15w50. There are a million of these oil threads if you have a search....
