Larger turbo at the expense of more lag will be the main upgrade, along with further mapping. If you want to reach 350hp then larger injectors should also be on your shopping list. FMIC would be a good idea, or larger sti8 top mount, perhaps some better headers, either ported standard ones or some tubular ones.

Ok thanks,i will be contacting harvey about the ported headers,in reference to the injectors, will they be ok with a sx fuel reg,as for the turbo and intercooler i didnt realy want to change them.I have installed a intercooler water spray all helps.I thought the vf28 was ok for 340bhp mmmmm perhaps i should of brought a td05 from the start. Will the air filter be ok or will that need replacing (induction kit) Thanks

Both the VF28 and the V5/6 IC are very close to their limits @330bhp, so unless you do change them, I don't think you'll get to 340-350 reliably...
Also as said you'll need at least 440cc injectors for that target, which means another re-map or a stand alone ECU (Power FC etc)
Headers will help.
The stock induction system, with a panel filter will be fine for those power levels.
