anyone recomend the best plugs to get, im replacing them before a track day and just unsure which will work best.
i have a 1994 wrx, fmic, up and down pipes, hks exhaust and decat, td05 turbo running around 1.1 bar

 

pfr7b seems to be the chosen one around that spec.

no ! you was right the first time ! the 7's are the ones you want as they are a colder plug than the 6's
