hi there, i dont own a scooby yet will do once turn 21, currently own 330bhp 200sx, but a mate recently bought 95 wxr import, was fine when purchased but now when floorin it once your in the 4k-7k then the power comes in and out its not really violent, which leads me to think its not the atuator (what a garage told him, it probs was) unless it ova-boostin and hittin fuel cut but he has no boost guage (he will be gettin 1, ill make sure of it) and just after some ideas of what i could be my ideas are:
atuator - 2 much boost.
his temp guage displays very very low temps, (sensor or thermostat) if thermo would the car stay in warm up mode and cut power.
MAF or MAP (dont sure what it uses sorry new to scobbie engines so that why im after help) but i have good understandin of turbo engines

My M8 had a similar problem with a 98 uk model. Its a while ago but i think it was over boosting. His was sorted by Well Lane Turbo in Batley.
I phone him tomorow since hes had a wastegate problem too with the same car and im not sure which it was that gave those symptoms!

Maybe they were related it was 5 years ago!
