Default what plugs + gaps should i use

i have a 93 wrx and im having trouble, the car will not boost properly im suspecting the plugs have something to do with this as i have already had problems with the coil packs i have replaced them with bosch mec723's and changed the plugs it was ok for a couple of days and now no boost it just holds back, the car is on standard boost with an uprated panel filter and turbo back 3" system,

what are the best plugs to get and wot is the standard gap supposed to be?

plugs go for ngh prf6bs or prf7b's something like that. 'Withi yours being more or less standard you can use the prf6bs. Gaps should be set to about .7mm.
If you have had problems before then I would reset your ecu to clear things up and see how you go from there

well they are definitely 0.7mm

I suggest they are talking ****e then, because even the non turbo impreza is something like 1.1mm gap from memory.
