Turbo sizes
I was throwing out some old mags today and reading a few articles on the way. Just wondered why, in the scooby community, most people suggest that a td05 based turbo (18g/20g etc) and other turbos similar to these, are the best route for a 2 ltr engine rather than a larger garret. I noticed that a lot of gtir and evo owners go for the larger garret gt series turbos on the 2 ltr engines. Is this because the flat four does not respond well to a larger turbo or more a case of scooby owners prefer a more drivable road car as opposed to a 4500rpm kick in the back?
Just a thought as I while away the hours.

i think its also a cost thing too....not sure what youd need to mount a big garrett to an evo, but with a scoob you need custom everything.....
i would hope they dont have it that easy though
