Shell Petrol Station at the Chequers roundabout in Horley near Gatwick, paid 79.9 per litre today is this the cheapest?

I filled up yesterday at the Shell in Bracknell and it was 77.9p a litre!

 

79.9 pence in Rushden, Northants. It was 80.9 but got lowered due to "competition"?
I was also told that Optimax will be the only unleaded fuel in times to come, so normal UL will be phased out.

Optimax going for 78.9p per litre in Christchurch... plus you get a nice shiny key fob (as long as you lie and say it's the first time you've filled up with Optimax!)...

Looks like a lot of Petrol staions are taking the Piiss with the price of "OPTIMAX".
As long as you pay for it ,they will charge such a high price.
Maybe if there is a campaign against the high cost in some areas they will reduce thae price and sell more.

The prize is cheaper fuel if only more people would complain at the high national costs. Shell Horley is now down to 77.9p/ltr. They said more and more people have whinged recently. It's obvious also thay some stations are profiteering.

Can anyone in the UK beat the 74.9p/ltr???

Optimax last night in Peterborough 74.9p but no keyring

 

80.9p per litre in East Herts. (this has come down 3p from last week!) ... 74.9p per litre, I'm moving to Peterborough!!

79.9 Bristol, next to Tileys, and in Wootton Bassett nr Swindon.

 

76.9 in Basingstoke this evening.

Cheers everyone, a spokesman at Shell yesterday told me that due to the overheads differing at different locations. There will be a varying degree of prices, however they envisage prices at 'The Pump' will continue to fall. Yipee.

Keep an eye out for the 70p/ltr??? Will it happen???

I'm sure it was down to 73.9p at Shell, Dean Row, Cheshire... just checked on www.ispypetrol.com and now back up to 76.9.

I think Optimax is sourced from the Ellesmere Port refinery (remember the blockade?)... so maybe that's why it's cheaper in the northwest.

 

76.9 ppl in Salford Quays. Was 82.9 ppl only about a month or two ago tho. Its a bargin don't you know!!!!!
