Easy peasy. T the two rocker breathers together and connect these to one feed into the can.

The other, take the crankcase breather off the inlet pipe and block the inlet off. (make sure whatever you use to block cannot be sucked into the turbo)

Then connect this to the other catch can feed. Then you can either vent the can to atmosphere (thats what most do in here ) or instead of blocking off the inlet you can connect the oulet of the catch can to this inlet. As "clean" air is now comming from the catch tank.
Hope that helps

T cam breathers together, T crank breather into same pipe and plumb into catch can..

Make sure you either remove the PCV valve or plumb both outputs from it in to the catch can.. this is the valve on the crank breather.

it is difficult to see with the tmic on but the crank breather vents into the inlet manifold or the air intake.. so before and after turbo.. it switches at a certain pressure point (not sure what).

So you will just make it breath into the catch can rather than into intake or inlet manifold.
