Question best way of flushing the engine

Whats the best way of flushing the cooling system on a scoob engine ?

Do you mean as part of an oil change, or engine re-build ?

If so, you really shouldn't need to flush the engine. Modern oils don't leave deposits/sludge, and using "engine flush" is a definite NO NO, as you're more likely to do a big end bearing.

No sorry wasnt very clear. I meant for the colling system. Will edit my first post to reflect that.
