At a guess without checking would say smoothing coil (choke) and somekind kind of capacitor for sustained voltage(so no drop on line +) ?

For them to claim it's an Sti part (or even use the trademark logo i would imagine), then there will be a part number for it which you could then check with your Subaru dealer.

Ask the seller for the part number... If there is one, then your dealer can find out why it became available and you can make up your mind from that whether it's worthwhile buying one..
