Can anyone tell me if this will be a straight fit? Or won't it fit at all?

It will all fit but the rear box is a bit short for the rear bumper and if too close it will melt it.
Either bend the hanger down to move the back box further away from the bumper/ put metal sheeting under the bumper lip or buy a proper Forester back box such as the H & S version.

So just to confirm, downpipe, etc will be a straight bolt-on, but rear-box will cause an issue?

Yes, the DP and centre section will fit without any problems, the rear box will also fit but may cause the bumper problem.

I can confirm that its only the back box that will be a problem due to it not being long enough, every thing else is

Pity the Forester owner has now pulled out of the sale. Reckons that he's going to get a custom zorst built to meet his requirements. Oh well...
