Post Help - solenoid pipe connection

I have a JDM 1998 WRX TypeR V4 the engine has been run in and I need to connect the vacum hoses as four points are blocked off to restrict full power.

The car has a 3 point solenoid:

the top pipe has been blocked by a short piece of pipe and a screw.
the pipe directly off the bottom is connected to the turbo actuator.
the pipe at the bottom which comes off at 90deg is connected to aiir intake after 10'' AFTER maf.

the pipe blocked on the inlet manifold is blocked by a short piece of pipe and screw.
the pipe on the turbo inlet is also blocked.

and there is a orange coloured solenoid type thing near to the the 3 point selinoid that is also blocked.

Can anyone tell me how the vacum pipes should be connected at least 1 should have a T piece to connect them together.

Thank you

Dawg

needs a picture to aid but the boost solenoid if three port should be

top - to turbo outlet.. where intercooler pipe connects
middle - to actuator
bottom - either to atmosphere or air intake

the orange item you describe sounds like the pressure exchange solenoid and is connected between the map sensor and the inlet manifold.. if someone has disconnected this and therefore the map sensor then they did it wrong..

the Two port solenoid connects in with a T piece but three port doesn't so depends whether you have a 2 or 3 which needs confirming with a picture.

take care as one of the pipes should have a metal restrictor in it.
