exhaust - downpipe, centre, backbox - decat,
uprated fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator
Turbo to TD05 or a VF,
induction kit,
Front mounted intercooler,
Larger injectors,
mappable ecu and remap.

depends how much you want to spend.

has to be the turbo i have a uk 97 with the above mods (not the injectors)upgrading the td04 to a td05 16g (converted to front entry) is a must but not before the usuals as jolly simon says if i was to put them in order would say
exhaust stuff
induction kit
intercooler fmic or uprate tmic
uprated fuel pump and regulator
TDO5 16G TURBO
then map it all with apexi ecu
this is roughly as my car is last r/r 286bhp @ 6900rpm
