A few more BHP....a little advice please!
Hi there.
I've got a 1994 WRX that so far has a decat open neck downpipe, decat centre section, ninja back box, induction kit and walboro 255 fuel pump. It also has fitted an HKS fuel cut defender and Apexi boost gauge.
I'd like to see a little more power to give me a good relatively fast (sub 13 sec quarters), reliable car. I'm not really sure what to do next to accomplish this. I know that I need to fit a fuel pressure regulator due to the uprated pump. But as for everything else, fmic? powerfc? bigger injectors? To say I am a little confused would be an understatement.
If you guys/gals could point me in the right direction then I'd appreciate it!!
Ben

No. Afaik the ecu on my model Impreza can't be re-mapped, it needs a replacement ecu (Apexi PFC). I don't want to go ahead and have it mapped now as there are a few other things (hopefully) that I'd like to do.
I was after a few suggestions of bits that I could buy and then fit prior to the mapping session.

The three things you mention would be the next step.
FMIC is best but you could get away with a TMIC upgrade.
You will have 380 injectors if theyre still the standard ones. You might get away with 440s but 550s would be a safer bet.
I would add ported headers or aftermarket to the list also.
PowerFC and remap to finish off.
p.s. The turbo on your car is good for upto 350BHP
