Hi guys, I wanted to decrease the inlet temps in my 1994 impreza wrx and get a bit more performance, but I'm not really interested in the big day of hard work fitting an FMIC would be. So I contacted an ebay seller who can supply a top mount as shown in the pic......
So, question is, do you think it will improve the performance of my car against the slanty type i/c that I have as standard???
I must admit, it looks fairly good. It comes with cast y pipes, silicon hoses and a BOV, all the price of around £120. Must be about £40 to ship form Shanghai................
So what do you guys think???

32 views and not one opinion????
I've seen intercoolers like this for over £600!!! Does this look like cheap crap? or does it look ok? Must better than the standard i/c surely??
Their website says the pressure drop is 1 psi on a 500hp car @ the fly wheel.

unfortunately I can't tell you that but I spose I can ask them. Their website just gives a load of spiel about their intercoolers but not for each specific model...............

well thats what I thought...........
I thought the slanty i/c on the early cars like mine were supposed to be absolute rubbish anyway? so it must be better than that!
Just seems a much better idea to buying a second hand sti one for over £300!
I'll let you know how I get on with it.
