Default awful noise!! help!

i have fitted a bailey dump valve to my scoob...now at high revs when i change gear straight after the whoosh of the dump valve i get a kinda "hewwwww" noise...sorry thats the best way i can describe it

i have been told to put the recirc back on and it will cure the problem..i dont doubt this...but i like the whoosh of the dump valve and like scaring grannies!

anyone know how to stop thisnoise and keep the dump valve???

Is this a new Dumper or a 2nd user ?? & what boost are you running ??
If it's 2nd hand i would send it back to bailey for a refurb & get an uprated spring in there
