FSE Power Boost Valve
I was thinking of getting an FSE Power Boost Valve for my MY94 STi RA, what gains can be expected from these valves, would these eliminate flatspots and produce a more precise power delivery or are they just a waste of money on the scoob? I already have an uprated fuel pump, full decat, K&N etc... I heard some threads here a while back but can't remember weather they had a thumbs up or not. Cheers.

ive had these on 2 of my previous cars ! all they are is an up-rated fuel pressure regulator ! always worth a purchase i thinks espectially if you had an up-rated fuel pump as it will regulate the fuel pulses better

Allows you to increase the fuel pressure and therefore increase the flow rate of the injectors by a small margin. FSE have had some bad press on scoobynet but touch wood mine's be ok.
They have a lower upper limit ((I think is 5 bar)base fuel pressure + turbo boost) than some others so this might be a factor, and also if you running high boost then not suitable.

So all in all my fse set at 3 bar is all good, have to reset it every month, dont no why it just seems to drop down to 2.8,
All in all if you use one of these same as me, get a gauge and keep an eye on it,and it wont let you down, forget fx there just a fanncy colour, after all if their good enough for Carl Davey their good enough for Us.
oH AND IM RUNNING 325 BHP ON A uk TURBO 2000 with a td05 + an jolly green monster maped apexi pfc at 1.4 bar of boost, for quite a while now.
