Default inlet manifold removal

Hi
I'm trying to remove my inlet manifold on mt sti 4,having a few problems on the turbo side of the manifold?
It seems to be hitting on something when I try to lift it,it only moves half inch then gets stuck. It seems to be hitting the turbo inlet hose, but I cant get that off without the manifold coming off first.
Any ideas?

Coolant pipe that runs through the runners to the header tank.

Remember that the harness for the wiring for the drivers side injectors,MAF, etc is tie-wrpapped under there as well!

Just take you time and it'll come out slowly once you remove them.

I think it may be the fuel pressure regulator,I have moved the harness's out of the way and pretty much everything else. The fuel pressure reg does seem to be the problem though.I'll try tomorrow.
Thanks for the replies.
