Default Fuel Light

Even after filling up my fuel light stays on??? Any ideas, left it over night, still on this morning

sounds like the fuel sender unit is shorting somewhere.

needle in haystack mate, could be shorting anywhere. Could be shorting at the sender itself, or it could be at the dash or anywhere in between. I would check the sender side of things first. (not to sure how the fuel sender works on scoobs) it could be sticking. If that appears okay then check the dash side of things. Check also the cable run to see if there is nothing obvious

its going to subaru for a service soon, so I'll throw money at them
