I've been watching your thread because I want to know this myself as mine as been abandoned in favour of a MBC, and I want to put it back for mapping perpose. Seeing as nobody is replying I'll tell you what imfo i've collected. One guy told me quote
'Bottom hose to inlet. Side hose to actuator. Top hose to compressor outlet.'
When he says inlet, I don't know where abouts he meens, actuator speaks for itself and I think by compressor he must meen turbo. Hope this helps

3 port
Top - compressor/turbo
Middle - actuator
Bottom - Air Inlet from manifold
2 Port
bottom to t- piece one side to actuator other hose (which has restrictor in) to compressor
Side - Air inlet from manifold

Not 100% though without looking

i have been to the local inporters and have had a look at a standard inpreza

TOP: is from the pipe straight after the turbo before the manifold.has a restrictor in it half way down the pipe

MIDDLE: goes to the actuator

BOTTOM: goes to the underside of the black box after the airflow metre.

the manifold pipe goes to the little box above the the solenoid if your engine is running on iddle and you disconnect this one your management light should come on i know it goes hear but i think this is called the map sensor.
thanks everyone for looking under the bonnet of your car and helping us

not saying the same thing at all the manifold one does not go to the solenoid at all your quote
3 port
Top - compressor/turbo
Middle - actuator
Bottom - Air Inlet from manifold ( WRONG)
bottom goes to the air box before the turbo
manifold goes to the brown box with wires on it above the solenoid
