Default NF Octane Booster Question

I've been using Millers for the last couple of months but think I will try NF Race as it seems to get a good press on Scoobynet.

My only question is how to measure the quantity you are adding to a tank. Do I have to turn up at the pump with a tablespoon and measure it or is there an easier method than that?

From experience of Millers it's hard to put in anything but the entire bottle once you've turned it upside down.

Anyone know of a stockist in the Cardiff area?

TIA

Mike

1ml/litre of fuel equals approx 50ml's per tankfull. Is there a graduated scale on the side of the NF bottle?

Thanks for the reply Alyn, will stick with Millers for now, seems far easier and the group buy is on as well. Will contact you tomorrow.

Mike; youre better off with either a small measure or better, a syringe. As an aside; 'old' NF Race was excellent, but Im told that the new mix is poor.....

I used some baby bottles aquired from a local pound shop, if I remember rightly I used about 150mls per tank.

Someone from NF replied on another thread and confirmed that the formulation hasn't changed, only the name of the additive has changed.

Unfortunately Optimax is 20 mile round trip, that means I almost use10% of my fuel getting fuel. Sometimes it's far easier to use 97 and Mllers.

And even if it werent 98 octane fuel isnt enough. The above advice is poor. The only imports thatll run on 98, and even then its borderline, are low boost TD04 equipped cars, such as the 220PS 'Wagon and early automatic saloons.

Who is that mate? I seen posts on 22b but after speaking to RCM, they have confirmed the ingredients are STILL the same before.

So not sure what formula is being tested as the NF supplied to the UK through RCM is still the same it has always been
