Hi,
Can anyone tell me the cheapest place to buy these - Someone is selling them for £26.99 on ebay - Seems a reasonable price. Also what gap do they need for a standard UK turbo MY00?
Also do they need any prefix after the part number to be the correct ones.
And finally how do you gap them - Do you need a special tool or just a standard gapping tool.
Cheers
Stuart

They should come already set to 0.7mm. This is correct for turbo impreza's, but I would recommend buying a plug gap gauge from halfords, just to be sure.

Just looked at some Iridium BKR6EIX - Would these be suitable for my car and if so are they any better than the platinum ones? Also is it not more difficult to gap the plugs as the electrocde is much more delicate?

Stick with the NGK's m8. I've heard too many horror stories about the iridium plugs breaking up and depositing its pieces into the block. Not good!

gap wise, as said already, you need some feeler gauges to check the gap. 3 of mine were spot on to 0.7mm but one needed closing up a little.
can't go far wrong with the ngk, not much point looking elsewhere
