I know its a Mech speedo, so surely its only a wire cut at the ECU (it was on my GTR32) or if i need a chip where can i get it from ??
Any help is appreciated

The speed limit is built into the ecu, although it's a mechanical speedo there is an electrical signal which goes back to the ecu.
Most of the cars that get brought over here get a converter fitted as part of the conversion process or sometimes simply a mph fascia. If your car only has a fascia ie only says 110mph then you can fit a speedo converter and an original fascia which says 180 kmh (will become 180mph) There are various cable converters available try www.importsolutions.co.uk
Buy fitting a cable converter you slow down the drive going into the speedo so that it then reads in mph. This effectively fools the ecu into thinking the car is going slower than it really is and your speed limit is subsequently moved to something like 180mph, which i very much doubt you'll hit!!
