Afterburner whhum-whum-whum-whum
Got my exhaust from Scoobyworld fitted by local dealer in service yesterday. Afterburner Vortex and centre pipe on 03 STi UK.
This sounds perfect, the boxer rumble is back and not too noisy under acceleration. (I thought these were supposed to be REALLY loud). Any hesitation starting off in first gear seems to have dissappeared and it does howl at the top end. This exhuast is nowhere near as loud or distictive as my old Scoobysport centre and back box on 95 wrx, but i don't know if the classic just sounds better anyway.
Has anybody got the same set up, and did it get louder as the baffles settled in? If so how long - weeks/months? I'm starting to think alreday about decatting with the two front sections. Has anyone done this and did you get a remap - and where from?
Any help much appreciated. And exhaust highly recommended!!
