Hi Momo,

Have a search on Scoobynet. I was up for new discs and pads earlier this year and after plenty of research on scoobynet decided that,,, standard £35 discs are perfectly good as £175 varients. I bought EBC red stuff ceramic from www.camsport.co.uk for £75 ish. The pads come highly recommended on this board and I find they perform very well, once warm. Used with braided hose lines and 5.1 fluid.

Other pads of similar price are the Mintex family 1155 etc.

Hope it helps

Braided hoses all round would perform best, you can get them from most places. Goodridge is the company that makes them,, think I got mine from Demontweeks, a long time ago. Have a search for "braided brake lines" / hoses etc....

I've been looking into this recently as well and have been advised that, for just road use, it's best to uprate the pads and the hoses and leave the discs std..

As Midlife says........................give Alyn at AS Performance a ring on 01914103770.

He has recently uprated my discs, pads and lines and didn't cost the earth.

Are the standard disks only £35 from Subaru? Seems very cheap for a standard part. Where was that from? Will they fit the 4 pots?

Cheers
