If all it does is raise the boost then steer well clear of it. You can do that with a £10 bleed valve and wreck youre car for a lot less

This is from the site

There are impressive gains of up to 25% more power and torque. Driving pleasure is increased through less gear changing and you will feel that your car is more lively and responsive. Superchips do this by increasing the manufacturer's boost limit. And with the reprogrammed computer matching the car's ignition timing and fuelling, long term reliability of the engine is retained.

I'm sure superchips actually warranty your engine against damage due to their chips.

My bugeye has one of these fitted along with a full decat, makes around 20psi of boost and pulls like a train with a nice early spool up. Going to Well Lane on sunday so should get a good idea of the power/torque. The Knocklink doesn't even flicker.

Notorious with that set up at well lane you will be looking at about 284bhp/264lbs on a wrx bugeye that was until I took it off cos I wanted more.

Don't do it

Get a 'proper' remap tailored to your individual car.

i though most folk knew that super chips "superchip" for the scoob is just a fcd (fuel cut defencer) you can buy the same thing from hks or jap innovations for little over £100

basicaly takes the standard fuel cut limit and increases it.. you then fit your bleed valve and away you go.. with the posibility of a bang i might add!!

they are really over priced for what your getting and second hand sales on ebay reflect what you pay for.... i have seen them a few times now and they all sell less than £60

will
