Smile spa boost gauge pressure sensor fixing?

Subaru have provided a feed for the vacuum pipe on top of the manifold on my uk99. if i remove the rubber bung to expose the vacuum pipe nipple. can i connect the boost pressure sensor to it?.

what piping can i use to connect the sensor to the nipple as they are different sizes ?

how can i fix/and locate the sensor.firmly?

has anyone done this?

and indeed is the above correct??

cheers

When i fitted mine, i got a little adaptor from le mans motorsport. It's a female threaded nut leading on to a nipple (give them a call, they are really helpfull). You then need a length of rubber pipe (the kind that carries the boost signal to the map sensor), how long depends on where you want to fix the pressure sendor.
