Question EGT yes or no..?

When decatting up & down pipe should the EGT sensor be fitted or not (ie resistor fix and egt bung)..?

Jason I can only comment on my own experiance,I decatted my 02 and had a egt sensor fail it snapped off and was lying in the bottom of my uppipe I replaced it with a new one this failed as well, I ended up putting a bung in the egt sensor hole and put a 2.2 resistor between the wires 10,000 miles later still haven't had any problems

That bolt and resistor i gave you should come in handy then Jas!!

Yes indeed.

I had been told by some so called 'expert' that I'd be in the mire if I bypass EGT...! As always it is obviously complete bollocks..!

BTW nearly got my flaps fitted..!
