Assorted boost control threads on I-club and Scoobynet mainly with reference to Dawes. Before asking questions read this lot!

Covers different ways of setting up, and safety issues with exhaust gas temps, up pipe cats on MY01, part throttle full boost issues and spiking behaviour and a lot more besides. Please add to these as you see fit.

Red face

I am not keen on the idea of making threads sticky in forums because before long everyone will want their pet subject on top.

I am open to your opinion though, this is your Forum! If you feel we need one thread that can be added to with all the most common FAQ's in it then i will have a rethink.

Let me know.

cheers
John

P.S John has kindly added this thread to his profile for quick reference after my sugestion. Hence the done comment. LOL

I think a FAQ thread would be good. We could post here suggested BASIC questions to be covered?

Dawes
Induction kits, panel filters, resonators
MOTs and decats
Power gains with ... and rolling road pointers
What point is my fuel cut on my model year?
What is the "best" exhaust?
Normal behaviour of a boost gauge
Safety monitoring - boost, air fuel ratio, EGT, intake temp, select monitor etc
Intercoolers
Upgrade turbos

Would just be some intros to the common topics? One person could write each and collect together some appropriate links?
