Default oil temp gauge

can any tell me where the wire goes onthe oil temp gauge in a subaru classic

It hasnt got an oil temp sensor. Youll need to fit one. Behind cil #3 (prefered) or oil plug are two places to fit one.

Close to #3, you will read oil temp close to the turbo, so its the hottest oil spot in your engine. Oil temp read at the bottom, will be less hotter. So if you want to read oil temps, the #3 is the best spot to do so. (i think...)

there's a place to fit an oil temp sensor plug. Do a search for it. U need to remove IC to easy access it...
