Looks like BRD will be out of work though if it does what it says on the tin

Read here - you'll need to scroll down a bit until you get to "Special mention should be made here of the devices that are connected to the engine ECU's air temperature sensor plug."

Thats just crud!
This is the same sort of device sold on ebay and does sweet fa in my experience

sounds suspiciously like the 15p resistor being sold on ebay for £3-5 stating the same increases, from what I've heard in the past it just fools the air sensor and dumps more fuel through the engine. it not worth looking at.

if it advances timing, it will indeed make your car more poweful at points in the map.

It will also bring it closer to the point of det with no method of knowing wether or not it is safe to do so.

imho, steer clear.
