Default Fuel punp

Hello.
I have an sti 4 type r 1998.
Please could someone tell me is the fuel pump they come with good, Or should i uprate the standard on???
Also when i am in 5th gear doing around 120 mph the car cuts the power off i you then have to back off what causes this please????

standard fuel pump can be good, normally isn't.

Before doing any power mods it is the first thing I would uprate just for peace of mind since it isn' very expensive.

Lateral performance (020 8420 5444) sell the warlboro replacement pump which is easy to fit as a direct replacement and is the weapon of choice for 99% of those fitting them.

Think he carries plenty of stock and the price is about as good as you will find it.
