Question Best way to set up my WRX??

Right i've had MY94 WRX for about a month now and i'm still loving the car

After doing a lot of reading about scooby's needing to be set up right and the air fuel ratio's needing to be spot on in order for the engine to last i wan't to get my car totally checked out to put my mind at ease.I run mine on optimax but i'm sure my exhaust is throwing the boost out and somtimes it fly's an other times it seems to restrict it and pops and bangs!

Do i need to get it RR'd? Or can it be done another way?

In Live in the North West so if anyone knows a place that can look after it it would be much appreciated!

Thanks

check out www.ladsoc.co.uk, we have a meeting 2moro so try to get down
You can try places like Prosport in stockport (01614329999) who will service your car (they also have a rolling road) or Jap innovations in oldham (www.jap-innovations.co.uk)
One last thing, you NEED to run your car on 100 ron fuel if you dont want problems (ie optimax and octane booster) though some people say you can get away with just optimax, i wouldnt trust it....

You want Jap innovations for both then
Prosport can fit the knocklink for you (take my JDM Spec C there )
and they can check your car out without any problems (they are also an approved Subaru UK garage).
