Sunday M1, >> First a reading on radar detecter >>reading Low vaultage then rev counter and speedo stopped working , then engine stopped , got onto side of the m1 , alarm went mad , car would not start again, The AA came and did a recovery , But did not look for the fault, ???????????

 

either your battery shorted out or more likely an alternator problem???

That sounds very much like the fault that I had with my car last month. Ended up being an earthing fault.
