Default how easy to turbo a 2.0sport?

hey guys, my son is looking at buying a 2.0ltr sport, and since i have tuned my scooby i have a few spare bits.
basically i have the fuel pump, injectors, turbo (td04) wrx intercooler (my01), and full exhaust system.
what sort of work would be required for to get this to work? what would happen with engine management etc?
thanks very much

Exclamation

Different ecu, different loom, different compression ratio, etc, etc. Sell the bits and his car, and buy a turbo version instead.....

Yep - it would cost loads. Think of a number and double it
I second Fat Boy's comments

...and remember the insurance on the highly modified sport will be more than a standard turbo!

Easier just to buy the turbo model.

Yes, my lightly modded sport is almost as much to insure as a standard turbo, for the money you would spend you could probably buy a turbo of the same year if not sligthly newer...
