Question Fuel Tank Removal

Has anyone removed the fuel tank from a classic Scooby ??

I'm about to remove mine, but having jacked the car up it looks a little awkward??

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks Chris.

Yep, got the ally tank guards off (Type RA) and have undone both of the tank straps from the back but the one's in the middle of the car are really awkward to get to and STIFF.

Then i'm not sure how the tank is removed if i am able to get the straps off.

OK so i have had a bit more of a look now i have disconnected all of the pipes from the tank and managed to get the straps off.

The tank now sits loose, however it looks like i have got to drop the whole of the rear axle in order to slide the tank back......will it be as simple as four big bolts ???????
