Cool what a dump ...?

hiya guys and gals..
a nice easy one ...what is the rusty thing showing on pic..next to airflow inlet..near turbo...think it may be an actuator ????
also car produces phssst sound as in dump valve..but cannot see if dump valve fitted..is this the rusty thing....recirculating ???? which creates the sound.

fingers crossed pic displays...hahhaaaaaaa

thanks in anticipation.....

The rusty looking Thing is the actuator and as for the dump valve you have a recirculating one, Its the small black valve next to the intercooler and inlet pipe.

the rusty thing as you put it is the actuator as for the phusst could just be the standerd dump you can hear! (or a cat in the engine bay!!!)

There is no difference in performance by changing DV's, if anything it could upset your car a little. The standard item is more than efficient enough for what you want
