Default Ninja b/box fitted

recieved my ninja backbox today care of Scoobyworld.10 mins to swap with the Magnex.drove up the road, came back with a big grin on my face. nice deep burble, nice loud rasp on boost.not alot of difference inside the car which is good(wife uses every day for school run, shopping etc....)told the missus to put her window down and listen.even she couldn't stop the grin so all in all i am well chuffed with me Ninja. And it looks the dogs dangly bits!!!

Yep lovely exhaust. I ran that on my last turbo model with a h & S downpipe and an afterburner centre section (all decat) and the sound was fab. I think I will go the same route with my new car also..

hi Jamie,
it gives a nice deep burbling/thumping noise on idle.
cabin noise only a bit louder than the magnex.
full chat sounds like the bastad son of satan.

fitted the gauges mate, sound. by the way did the afr backlight ever light up green like the others?

cheers

Hmm maybe tempted to get one for mine!

Glad u like the gauges, the AFR doesnt have a backlight, just the flashing LEDS...(can get a bit annoying after a while, i was ok with them, but the missus wasnt)

Hi John,
the ninja does sound great, sounds deeper more of a growl on full de-cat.
with the de-cat the turbo spools up quicker and the car seems to have alot more urgency about it since having the downpipe fitted.working in yorkshire all week but there is a meet next thursday if you want to have a look and a pint, mate.hope to see you there same time & place as usual.

no problem John, will catch up with you soon.
i went with the magnex because they are supposed to be pretty good and it matched the rest of the magnex exhaust i was running.
i found the cabin noise not bad when i first got ninja put on,until wifey says today that i didn't tell her it would get louder.i told her it shouldn't, and then she tells me she got rid of the bag of curtains (which where over the backbox) out of the boot .there goes the soundproofing then.Lol.

see ya soon m8
