Default sunroofs

quite rare on a scooby aren't they?

its a personal preference thing, i just like to have one. so should i buy a scooby without one is there any way of getting a proper tilt/slide jobbie fitted to a factory quality standard?

I also have one and am pretty happy to, although I wouldn't have been making sure a car had it before I considered buying it. I like the way the sunroofs are proper metal ones rather than a glass one with a cover. Makes it looks much better from the outside.

Mine was a dealer fitted option when the car was new.
Mine is a UK 95 wagon.
I believe it was a £1000 option that the dealer had done.
Its a tilt and slide glass roof and still works perfectly.
That was from Robinsons in Rochdale.

Mine's factory fitted - it's not glass (unfortunately) but one of my pet hates is streetlamps shining through sunroofs when night driving so I'm not that bothered.

It's a bit crap really, press once to tilt up, press again to slide back, but it slide's back in it's tilted position an looks really rubbish - be much better if it'd slid back into the roof lining like on my old car.

Subaru 0 - 1 Rover.

It's made me decide that my next car will have AC.

I got one on my 99 UK Turbo GC8 - I personally love it, especially the way it sits up on the roof when back, and doesnt tuck inside the roof lining
