hey guy Ive just had some sort of cut in my car at 7000 rpm, I normally dont rev that high only up to 6k normally, not that I never go beyond. today there was a cut at 7k not a sudden neck breaking cut a smooth off the power than a loud bang out the exhaust. what happened ? tried again and it was fine. any ideas?

ps.recently had a pod filter installed. no stall problems, working great good increase.

That will be the rev limiter.
