What do i have to do..........
coz going to fit a 3" de-cat downpipe, with T75 hi-flow cat centre ..on MY97 JDM saloon.
I take it unless I go the replacement ECU route, I will need an O2 sensor in downpipe still.
Will the ECU complain about anything ?
Am thinking about replacement ECU, but arent too many options without hordes of cash, are there ?

Yep you still need your lambda sensor with the original ECU.
In the mean time you can reset your ECU so it 'adapts' to your new dp.
