Think he was taking the ****
Try looking for Andy F or Apexi Power FC in the scooby shop. Probably your best option. Others are Link ECU from the Likes of BR Developments, or more expensive GEMS ECU. Do a search.

Expensive! But very good. Depends what mods you have really, and how extensive. Also what you want from the ECU. (remappable yourself / antilag / switchable maps etc)

Im prepared to be convinced otherwise, but they got quite a bad press a while back. As you say, the mapper is the key part to extract the best from the ECU. Ive heard people compalining about TEK3 on occasion, but again, its really the mapper not the product.
I know on N/A cars they are very well thought of, I nearly went for one when I had the Integra R...

It would be unfair for me to say as there are many on here who can help. If you do a search you will come across the right names Andy F being one!

If you don't want the expense of a PFC, there's always the possibility of a ScoobyECU mapped to your requirements. Trouble is that they're hard to find these days.

Difficult to estimate, I need more info, even then it depends very much which rolling road you go to !
Is your car the early96 with 90 degree TD05 or late96 with direct entry VF turbo ?
Do you have an uprated fuel pump/reg and/or any intake mods ?
