Default help with miss fire

can anybody help i have a 94 import impreza it has started to miss fire i have changed the plugs its still the same its ok when u drive it normall but has soon as u give it onder load it coughs and splutters told it might be the coil packs cause i recently had to clean the engine and poured water on it and u could hear it arcing out so i changed one on that bank and its still the same but when i took off the old one people said check 4 cracks under the rubber when i pulled the rubber back the whole thing just broke off so that was no good anyway do u think another one has gone or could it be something elsebut its drives ok normally but under load it holds back can anyone help cheers raywrx

Sounds very much like coil packs to me.
