Question MY96 Dash and Feeding Cables/Hoses for Gauges, No Idea?

Does anyone know of a guide or how to feed cables/hoses from the engine bay through to the drivers side of the dash on MY 97 car, but it has a My96 (Pre facelift) dash?

Please help!! Had the gauges 3 months now and really want to get them fitted.

Thanks in advance

hi......open your bonnet , get a torch & look around the bulkhead for a large rubber grommet , i cant remember off hand exactly where you will find 1 but there will be 1 there ....tape your wires to your vac hose and push them through ........then search around under the dash with your torch and pull them to where you want them .

Mav,

Have a look at Ozzys site Should give you a real insite for installing gauges.

I have installed a set of Defi's and Knocklink monitor in my Wagon. The route i chose for my wires was where the aircon drain pipe exits the interior. Find the ECU in the passanger foot well and your see either your aircon drain pipe or i would think a rubber bung if no aircon is installed. Nice easy route into the engine bay this one.
