your 440cc Injectors will be your downfall with a tdo5 turbo and fmic, ive seen cars with similar spec do 370bhp ish with 550cc injectors, or mine got 320bhp with the tmic and 440cc injectors

Okay...a little bit too late, as I have now paid for the injectors...I did put a post up a while back for the injectors, and the 440's were found to be sufficient...

Assuming that you got 320bhp with a tmic, surely with a fmic, I can expect near 330 - 340bhp?

Sam, dont always assume that a tmic is inferior to a fmic
it doesnt necessarily follow that a fmic will produce more, undeniably though, generally that is the case.

it was an uprated tmic and it was running my td05 at 1.6bar lets see if your fmic will let you do that safely

oops forgot to say on the R&R i only made 1.1 bar peak

its a proper custom made one, the core is about 1 and 1/2 times the volume of a standard my99 and has better cooling due to wider fins etc etc :

With the 440's you will need to up the rail pressure to about 4bar static. then they will be good for 340-350bhp.

with 4 bar static pressure on the fuel you will need to have a spare couple of lengths of fuel hose and some very heavy duty clamps.

you may well get a few leaks...
