Question advice on heater control

hi on my heater control the circuit board has gone on the one that controls which direction the air comes out. Is there a quick way to get to the back of the control or is it a dash out job? The car is a 95 wrx .......thanks for your help Darren

assuming it is the same or similar to the 96 UK.

You undo two screws above the dials in the surround and the vent / heater surround pulls off with vents attached etc..

The header is then held in with a couple of screws and it easy to see where to go from there I believe..

thinking I might have a picture [runs off to check]
found something
