I would have thought they would produce more than 300? I thought they were close to 300bhp as standard?

Cheers

I got 298bhp at 1Bar with full De-cat and a map for uk fuel. soon to be upping the boost when the Walbro fuel pump and pressure regulator go on..
you will be near the max for the turbo so you should get around 315/320bhp ish..

The factory figures give the Type R as standard at 276PS or 270.5hp on Jap fuel, so expect less on UK fuel. In reality they can be about 280hp even on UK fuel.

As above
Id also recommend the fitting of a knocklink, STi's dont like being messed around with too much, they are quite a tempremental engine if given the wrong mods/too much boost.
