Fuel Pump Problem (Help)

Default Fuel Pump Problem (Help)

My fuel pump stopped working so pulled the seats out ready for diy job, and circuit tested the the wires, Low and behold no power to the pump,

Am hoping some one has had this problem and knows the cause and the cure ??

There are two black wires A blue and blue with yellow piping going to the fuel pump plug none of these are live...

there is a fuse although not sure where it is located..

check all the fuses in the two fuse boxes, one under the bonnet and the other behind the panel by the accelerator.
